The management and staff were amazingly nice. The setting was marvellous and particularly good. In fact, the property was very close to the downtown.

I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location of the apartment is extremely convenient, being right by the Metro and close to the Trindade train station. This makes it easy to explore the city and also access other areas. there are shops nearby, making it convenient for any necessary purchases. The rooms are modern, light, and clean, and the apartment presents exactly as shown in the pictures.

There were some issues with miscommunications and cleanliness, such as floors not being well cleaned and a lack of daily cleaning.

We loved every moment of the stay, fine experience. Staff was amazingly nice and helpful and provided us with an iron, an electronic key card and coffee/tea making machines. The pool was great...

The apartment was modern and spotless, and the small outdoor area was a nice touch. The pool was also a great addition, perfect for relaxing during the Christmas break. Additionally, the location was key for us - close to everything we needed and a short walk to the main square. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the area and accessing supermarkets and other amenities. We also appreciated the warm welcome we received, with a large bottle of water, a bottle of red wine and chocolates as a gift.

There were a few things that we disliked during our stay. there was a lack of towels for our three nights at the apartment.

it was lovely base for travelling to porto, i was glad to stay there. it was located in a great area near public transport.

In our opinion, it’s a right place for travelling to Porto. The venue has unbeatable setting the next subway station. In addition, this apartment is close to main square, supermarket, the downtown and public transport. The people working here are very responsive. Clean rooms, they provide a microwave oven, climate control and an individual safe too. There is a nice pool.

Bom Jardim Apartments was an amazing place to stay in Porto. The apartment was super modern inside and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a brilliant shower. The bed was super comfy, and I loved how dark the room was at night, thanks to its shuttered windows. It was also really quiet at night with just a faint rumble of the metro. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options, shops, and the metro nearby. I also really enjoyed relaxing at the pool after a tiring day exploring the city. The hosts, Catarina & Beatriz, were lovely and extremely helpful, making my stay in Porto enjoyable.

My stay at Bom Jardim Apartments was absolutely superb. The apartment was perfect for a longer stay, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable home away from home. The location was incredibly convenient and lively, right in the heart of everything. The hosts were excellent, always available and ready to assist with any needs. I highly recommend Bom Jardim Apartments.

The location of Bom Jardim Apartments is fantastic! We were able to walk to all the sights and restaurants, and the nearby metro station was only a short 5-minute walk away. Despite being in the city center, the apartment was surprisingly quiet in the evenings. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a stylish rooftop terrace that provided a great view. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a dedicated WhatsApp group for quick communication and assistance. I highly recommend Bom Jardim Apartments for a wonderful stay in Porto.
